This agreement governs your use of the coco88 platform. Please read all clauses carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. coco88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years old will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our sole discretion.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory. coco88 is designed and operated primarily for Indonesian players. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or subject to guardianship orders are not eligible to register an Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Multiple registrations by the same person — whether through different names, email addresses, device profiles, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of coco88 are not permitted to hold a Member Account or participate in real-money wagering activities on the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Required fields include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.
You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent update is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including using another person's identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, potential forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. coco88 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to support.
Before processing any withdrawal, coco88 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. coco88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their Account by logging in.

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and limits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the moment the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. coco88 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and the time of confirmation.
coco88 operates a real-time transaction monitoring system. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that suggests money laundering, structuring, or other financial misconduct will result in immediate account suspension, funds freeze, and mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities. coco88 complies fully with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, and referral incentives offered by coco88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
coco88 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, using automated tools to exploit bonuses, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed.
coco88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a Member completes the wagering requirement, the unmet bonus balance will be removed from the Wallet while any real-money balance that was present prior to the bonus being credited will remain intact and fully withdrawable.
All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each game or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in your favor.

Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are sourced directly from the official draw provider for each market (SGP, HK, SDY, and Macau). coco88 publishes results as received and does not manipulate draw outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official provider's record, the official provider's record prevails.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform and are displayed within each game interface or market listing. coco88 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Members or market segments at its sole discretion, including reducing maximum bet sizes for Members whose wagering patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity.
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, match abandonment before the result is determined, technical errors resulting in a clearly incorrect price, or force majeure events. Void bet stakes are returned to the Member's Wallet within 24 hours of the void declaration.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the coco88 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and interface design — is the exclusive property of coco88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used under license.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. coco88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or entirely secure. We reserve the right to suspend, maintain, or modify the Platform at any time. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coco88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses sustained during a technical outage.
Where direct liability cannot be fully excluded, coco88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
coco88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failures, acts of war, power outages, or any other force majeure event.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting coco88 Customer Support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of your available real-money balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
coco88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
Where termination is for cause under this clause, coco88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated following investigation, the net real-money balance (excluding void bonuses) will be returned.
Members who wish to restrict or exclude themselves from the Platform on responsible gaming grounds may do so at any time via the Account settings or by contacting support.
